President, Founder, Manager and sometimes Magician, that's what it takes to keep everything running smoothly and to keep everyone focused on our mission at Enviro-Tec.
Ron is very involved in the everyday operations of Enviro-Tec. When he's not on the phone (which is rare) you might find him in the shop helping to fabricate some new tool or attachment for our drill rigs, or it's not uncommon to find him on a job site getting feedback from one of the crews

Dave has been around since the early days when the company was still Moen Drainage Inc. Now he takes care of scheduling the environmental drilling crew and keeping them supplied with materials and parts.
Dave has been doing the tank testing since 1990 when Enviro-Tec became an affiliate of The Tracer Research Corporation in Tucson Arizona. Dave has been to every missile site in Montana and to various SAC Air Force bases across the country. These days Dave spends most of the time in the office fielding calls and keeping the environmental end of Enviro-Tec up and running.
One of Dave¹s new duties is to keep the Enviro-Tec Inc. web site current and he is open to suggestions.

As office Manager at Enviro-Tec Lavada keeps the office running smoothly. When you visit us, Lavada will be the first person to greet you and direct you to the party you are looking for.
Lavada wades through tons of paper work each day to keep our employees informed and up to date with payroll, health care and other concerns. Lavada, being the only woman at Enviro-Tec adds a welcomed female perspective to the decision making.

Arlyn’s general focus is on the general operations of the installation of geothermal loops. This involves everything from site design and cost estimation to scheduling of our geothermal crews both vertical and horizontal installation.
This also involves ordering materials and parts because we use a lot of materials for the installation of loop systems and machines do break, so Arlyn spends the majority of his day on the phone ordering, answering and solving problems, so if you call here for Arlyn you may hear “hang on: he’s on another line” “hang on: he will get to your call!”

Laine's Crew

Scott & Laine
|
Laine's Crew consists of Laine Riha and Scott Fairchild. This is our Environmental Drilling team but when there is a break in the environmental work they double as drillers for geothermal loops as well. Both Laine and Scott have been on many environmental projects as well as geothermal sites. If you see them on a site near you they will be glad to answer any questions about either environmental drilling procedures or geothermal loops installation or they can get you in contact with someone that can help you.

Hooking Up Loops
|
Tony Bakken, Leon Roethler and Troy Sobolik make up Tony¹s crew on this particular day. Tony operates the hydraulic excavator for Enviro-Tec so he and his crew are usually involved in installing and hooking up horizontal loop systems as well as hooking up the larger vertical loops after they have been drilled. These photos were taken at the Mount Carmel complex in Dubuque as Tony and the guys were finishing up another system.
